Whether lagers, dark beers, wheat beers or pilsners, this brew kettle enables you to produce your own individual beer according to your own recipe or try out a pre-set program. Perfect for amateurs and seasoned brewers alike! The stainless steel mash tun has a high capacity of 40 L. The scale in litre increments lets you be exact in adding ingredients. The mash tun itself is equipped with a printed circuit board which controls the program settings so that the brewing process is executed precisely. The intuitive and easy-to-use touch control panel gives you access to the various functions. Beginners can rely on the automatic mode while experienced brewers can use the manual mode to try out their own recipes. The device's memory function allows you to save up to nine recipes. The temperature, output and brewing duration (setting timer from 0 to 180 min) are pre-set for each program. All process phases and set parameters are clearly displayed on the LCD display. For optimum heat distribution (selectable between 10 °C and 100 °C), the home brewing mash tun is equipped with two heating elements with a total output of 2,500 W. A magnetic drive pump mixes the mash and later the first wort during the rest period. The false bottom prevents the mash from sticking to the bottom. At the end of the brewing process, the beer wort can easily be decanted into a fermentation container with the aid of the drain tap with integrated filter. The beer brewing kettle comes with two easy-to-grasp handles on the sides. The convenient size makes the device easy to transport and store. Thanks to the high-quality materials such as stainless steel and the tempered glass lid, this mash tun is not only especially durable but also very easy to clean.
