The chute can also swivel to allow ingredients to be funneled into a different bowl. The integrated digital scale can also be used independently on the countertop using the scale plate which is also supplied. The clear hopper has a capacity of 500g and is dishwasher safe. The stainless steel sifter, which is removable for when you are weighing ingredients that don't require sifting, is also dishwasher safe. A compact storage case is included to keep all the components of the sift and scale attachment in one place.
