The advantage of an electric kebab meat slicer compared to a manual kebab knife is that it only cuts away the crispy top layer of meat—always with uniform cutting results. The shawarma slicer is powered by a 2,000 mA battery with an operating life of approx. 120 minutes, meaning you won't be bothered by any annoying cables when cutting from your döner grill. The ergonomic handle sits perfectly in the hand thanks to the compact and lightweight construction. The on/off switch on the handle is operated by gentle pressure from the index finger. Depending on the requirements, you can set different cutting thicknesses from 0 to 8 mm using a control knob. With its 80 W motor and 3,000 rpm, the kebab meat cutter precisely slices even thick slides from the rotisserie spit—up to 60 kg of meat per hour.
