If you produce creams, medical pastes or other liquid cosmetic products, then you probably use a filling machine to dispense your product into bottles or containers. You can also use the liquid filling machine to effortlessly package oils in precise amounts. Use this versatile filling machine for liquids and creams from MSW's industrial equipment collection. The paste filling machine offers you a 10.6 L funnel-shaped container into which you can pour your finished product for packaging. No matter what you want to portion, with the manual filling machine you can further process everything that flows. The manually lever-operated filling mechanism is adjustable for portions from 5 to 50 ml and dispenses creamy cosmetics with an accuracy of 1% just as reliably as liquid foods such as oils. The liquid and paste filling machine's hopper and filling elements are made of stainless steel and the frame is made of smooth carbon steel. This makes this piece of production equipment not only robust, but also very well suited for sensitive cosmetics. Depending on consistency and manual pressure on the filling lever, you can dispense 20 to 30 portions per minute. Depending on the bottle size, you can select an opening with a diameter of 4 or 8 mm for the filling tip. The filling quantity is easily set with a rotary knob.
