The house set includes all the necessary parts for installation: impregnated base frame, wall details, floorboards and skirting boards, roof beams/boards and moldings, hardware (nails/screws). The house set does not include a roof covers but roofing felt and shingles are available on the request. An additonal storage room, that can be installed next to the house, is also available.
