Description

The Hemsby is a stunning greenhouse and made in Britain to a high standard. A wooden greenhouse has many advantages for gardeners and the Hemsby's clever design allows even those with a smaller garden to benefit from having a greenhouse. Featuring Shire's quality joinery, 34 mm square framing and completed with an attractive finial and cresting to the roof, the Hemsby is both practical as well as charming. The low wooden panels also add a very traditional detail to this lovely building and it comes with a handy shelf. The greenhouse is glazed with toughened glass. Four doors are supplied, each door opening is 452 x 1702 and doors can be hung in any of the 8 spaces, if in each gable end, it gives the double door effect. One roof window is also included. As usual with a greenhouse, no floor is supplied and the greenhouse sits on a pressure treated base rail. Manufactured from high grade Northern European, FSC certified timber and finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for your own top coat of wood paint or stain following assembly. All fixings and assembly instructions are provided. Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy. Before you assemble your greenhouse, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
