The Magneto induction technology allows the Frying Pans and Wok to be used on all hob types including induction and with the scratch guard technology the XL cooking surface is extremely tough. The GreenPan Evolution cookware set is made from 25% recycled aluminium and comes with the handle detached in the box to reduce the amount of packaging needed. Complete with a 5 year GreenPan non-stick guarantee. This 3 piece GreenPan Evolution cookware set is dishwasher safe. However, over time dishwasher detergents will affect the non-stick qualities of the ceramic coating. Using a soft dishcloth or sponge and a little bit of soap is a lot more gentle. That’s why we recommend hand washing.
