The Arena Drum Pack is the most comprehensive of the overall V-Drum Pack bundles offered by sE Electronics and includes the V-Kick microphone for Bass drums, three V Beat microphones with V Clamps for toms, a V7 X microphone for snare drums and two sE8 stereo microphones tuned to each other as overheads. The Set is suitable for live performances as well as for studio purposes. All accessories and microphone clamps are included in a rugged hard plastic flight case, which also features empty cutouts for a Hi-Hat microphone. With this package, sE Electronics bundles their best drum microphones into one compact package, leaving nothing to be desired. V Kick The V Kick microphone for Bass drums is one of the most compact yet versatile microphones in its price range, making it suitable for other low-sounding Toms or even for miking bass guitar amps. The special microphone capsule is precisely tuned to the sound facets of kick drums. With the two switches for voicing and high-frequency character on the back, the sound can be colored more precisely by the four combination options, from warm and classic to modern and aggressive. The low-profile design of the microphone and the free swivel of the mount make placement at or even in the Bass Drum particularly easy. The XLR jack is positioned so that the plug and cable are in line with the mic stand and take up very little space. The included aluminum voice coil features a more open sound with distinct lows and balanced mids. Finest workmanship and neodymium magnets make the microphone with its super cardioid polar pattern a low-noise precision instrument. An integrated vibration decoupler and windscreen filter out even the last grains from the drum sound.
