The use of the so-called Bladder-Molding -process with EPS molds and polyurethane (PU) inserts on the head tube and bottom bracket avoids wrinkles and bumps in critical areas of the frame. At the same time, carbon can be saved without compromising the strength of the frame. OC Cockpit - With the unique design of OC steering head, spacer and stem Orbea has given its cross-country family a completely new, integrated look. The interaction of the OC components completes the high-end claim of this modern cross-country bike. BLOCKLOCK Headset - The Acros Blocklock 164º headset limits handlebar deflection, preventing damage to the frame.
