The RE3 wireless microphones are only available for European countries and operate using different bandwidths for the European markets. The sound of the RE420 condenser microphone head is rich, detailed and full-bodied, with a warm and clear low end, a natural and open midrange and a clear, crisp and detailed high end. Setup is quick and easy using the RE3's Clear Frequency scan and sync functions, and the wireless connection between the robust handheld transmitter and diversity receiver ensures robust system performance. The Set consists of the RE420-RC3 microphone head, the RE3-HHT handheld transmitter and the RE3-RX diversity receiver. Electro Voice RE420-RC3 Microphone Head The Electro Voice RE420-RC3 is a high-quality cardioid condenser microphone head designed to reveal the exceptional detail and vivid clarity required for expressive vocal performances. This microphone head adapts electrically and mechanically to wireless handheld transmitters that use the standard 1.25" diameter 3-contact rings through the 28-thread pitch. The floating captured ID collar rotates freely until the head is firmly tightened. It remains locked in place after tightening. This allows for the desired alignment of the branding to the transmitter. The sound is rich, detailed and full-bodied, with a warm and clear bass range, a natural and present midrange and an open, crisp and detailed high end. The cardioid polar pattern provides excellent acoustic isolation. Maximum feedback rejection occurs when a stepped monitor is positioned 180° offset from the element.
