The Dynaudio Core 5 in action Flexible in sound and position Dynaudio's Core 5 is a high-end two-way active monitor with digital inputs in AES3 format (AES/EBU) that can be used at 24 bit and 192 kHz. Each driver has its own dedicated Pascal Class-D amplifier - 280W for the 5" woofer and 280W for the 1" Tweeter - while a built-in DSP processor provides various functions for positioning, sound balance and Bass extension. Naturally, all DSP functions are available to both digital and analogue inputs. In general, the Core 5 has been designed to offer maximum positioning flexibility.
