The combination of a 4" titanium/neodymium compression driver, a 15" neodymium woofer, a 2-channel 2100-watt peak power amplifier and a Constant Directivity True Resistive Waveguide provides consistent 100° x 70° coverage of the listening area with up to 135 dB SPL of distortion-free sound. No matter or as a stand-alone FOH system, satellite (with subwoofer), stage monitor or flown: The compact NX 945-A loudspeaker is powerful and reliable. Thanks to RCF-exclusive FiRPHASE and Bass motion control algorithms, which are precisely tuned to each model, your audience will experience absolutely transparent sound reproduction and an extensive, powerful bass range. The easily transportable, tour-ready wooden cabinet is durable and can be securely mounted on a tripod, flying, wall or truss via the various mounting points. Connections of the RCF NX 945-A Power that moves With a peak output of 2100 watts, the NX-9 Series 2-channel Class D power amplifier is 50 percent more powerful than its predecessors, achieving impressive sound pressure levels with ultra-fast Attack and natural transient response with low heat loss. The NX 9 speakers are so energy efficient that they do not require active ventilation. Instead, the power amplifier is mounted in the rear of the cabinet to a fixed heat exchanger with no moving parts. The signal input path has been optimized for low distortion and, for added safety, features an advanced limiter that preserves the sound characteristics of the input signal at all levels. Legendary transducers The powerful 15" neodymium woofer with 3.5" voice coil provides powerful bass. The low-mid response is precise, transparent and distortion-free. The speaker's built-in ND 940 compression driver with titanium cone and 4" voice coil enables a very low crossover frequency of 650 Hz. This improves the impulse response, shortens the reverberation time and increases the efficiency.
