The instrument features a weighted 88-key "Grand Feel Compact" wooden keyboard with hammer action, which is velocity sensitive and provides an excellent playing feel thanks to the Ivory touch surface. The Grand Feel Compact keyboard action features graduated weighted hammers, counterweights in the bass range and a pressure point simulation. furthermore, the 3-way sensor system ensures optimal repetition and playing control. Sounds The digital sound generation provides a total of 19 first-class sounds, which can be given the finishing touch with various reverb effects if required. The piano samples are based on the impressive concert grand pianos Shigeru Kawai Competition Grand and Kawai EX. In an elaborate process, all 88 keys of these extraordinary instruments were carefully recorded, analyzed and made playable in this perfection.
