Robust and flexible drumrack from Pearl The Pearl Drumrack DR-513 is a stable 3-sided U-drum rack from Pearl's ICON series (Independent CONtrol) with robust square tubes as rack bars. Its sliding and rotating rack feet can now be adjusted independently of the 1.5" thick rack legs, allowing even more freedom and flexibility when setting up your own drum setup. With four rack clamps and two pipe clamps there is a choice of mounting options that is more than sufficient for most drums and even leaves room for a few extras. Robust setup The unique selling point of Pearl rack systems is definitely the rack bars. Instead of a round tube profile, stable square tubes are used here. With a square profile of 40mm edge length, these tubes are not only wider than most round rack bars and provide more support for the rack clamps, the square shape effectively prevents them from slipping. The rack legs, on the other hand, come as classic round racks with a diameter of 1.5" and a length of 86.5cm. Stepless height adjustment and free angling of the side bars make the Pearl DR-513 as flexible as it is robust in construction. Fresh wind for drum racks The new generation of ICON racks not only includes various separately available accessories for Pearl racks, but also the pre-configured rack sets have been revised. By connecting the rack leg and foot by means of a T-clamp, the feet can now not only be rotated to allow better positioning, the round tube profile now also ensures that clamps and brackets can be attached directly to the feet.
