The reinforced worktop of the stainless steel table is very durable and robust. Additionally, the worktops are bolstered by 20 mm HDF boards (high density fibreboard). HDF boards are hard, heavily compressed fibreboards with a lacquered protective surface. The material is known for its resistance against atmospheric conditions and chemical substances. This increases the maximum carrying capacity. The stainless steel table RCAT-100/60-S has a total carrying capacity of up to 114 kg – the work surface can hold 90 kg, the lower shelf can hold 24 kg. A second, lower shelf offers additional space which conveniently allows you to work in a structured and manageable way. The table can be used for many purposes, the areas of application are varied. Food preparation in canteens, bakeries, schools, hospitals, restaurants or outdoor kitchens is highly hygienic. The 11 cm upstand protects the walls and surroundings from splash water and debris. The table legs of the stainless steel table RCAT-100/60-S are height-adjustable and very stable on uneven surfaces. Thanks to the quick and easy installation with screws and an Allen key (included in delivery), the table can be individually adjusted at any time. The high-quality polished stainless steel is impressive with its high level of durability. It ensures a long service life and is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage (e.g. scratches). This makes the cutting table also suitable as outdoor kitchen furniture, e.g. as an outdoor grill table. The material can be cleaned easily and thoroughly and thus offers perfect conditions for working hygienically with food.
