Three anatomically shaped, lightweight, flat aluminum splints ensure that the stress on the wrist joint is kept to a minimum. But this only applies to the wrist joint: fingers and thumb remain free to move normally, allowing you to perform the movements needed in everyday life. The skin and wounds enjoy the right amount of breathability, thanks to the intermediate openings and ventilation holes on the orthosis.
