Description

The illuminated gas chicken grill with rotisserie from Royal Catering features an energy-saving infrared ceramic burner with a honeycomb structure that minimises gas consumption while delivering 2 x 5 kW of high-performance heat. Each of the two independently controlled 75 cm spits holds up to 5 chickens or 5 kg of meat. You can adjust the distance between burner and spit to get tender, evenly cooked results with crispy skin. A motor with metal gearbox and an integrated fan protect internal components for long-term reliability. The integrated gas valve with thermocouple automatically cuts off the supply if the flame goes out. The durable stainless steel housing and removable tempered glass doors provide hygiene, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The grill comes pre-set for I3B/P(50) and includes injector sets for easy conversion to LPG or natural gas.
