Ideal for beginners as well as experienced beekeepers: The 10 frames from Wiesenfield's agricultural supplies have the classic Langstroth dimensions with a height of 159 mm. Adhering to the common norm, they fit into the most commonly used bee hives. The beehive frames are made of knot-free pine wood, which is both light and dimensionally stable. The upper and lower beams are made from basswood. Due to the milled groove, dividing walls can be easily installed without complex wiring. The frames encourage bees to build stable honeycombs quickly over many years. For repeated use, only the residues of honey, wax and propolis have to be removed and germs killed by flaming or caustic soda. The Hofmann leg of the honeycomb frames guarantee an uncomplicated hanging and unhooking. With the well-designed agricultural equipment, exchanging honeycombs and even bee colonies between beekeepers becomes child's play.
