Description

The powerful dehydrator from Royal Catering makes it possible to produce healthy, dried delicacies in your restaurant, bar or shop. The removal of water during the drying process ensures that fruits, vegetables and herbs, as well as fish and meat, can be preserved and enjoyed for much longer. In the 600 l drying chamber, the 24 removable stainless steel trays provide ample space to dehydrate up to 90 kg of food. The 5850 W heating element of the dehydrator swiftly attains the set temperature between 40 and 90 °C and maintains it steadily with the temperature control system. The 360° hot air circulation system ensures uniform heat distribution inside the dehydrator, perfect for refreshing foods. You can intuitively and easily set the temperature and timer up to 15 hours using the rotary knobs on the front. The chamber, housing and inserts are made of stainless steel and are therefore easy to clean and highly durable. The tempered glass front allows a view of the drying process at any time without opening the doors.
