Want to make briquettes for heating or store raw material in a space-saving, dust-free manner? With Wiesenfield's briquette press, you can quickly and easily manufacture briquettes, whether from wood shavings or any other biomass like plant material, paper, or leftover particleboard. Throughout this process, the briquette press showcases high performance and minimal wear in daily operation. The press's components are all finely tuned, allowing for a production of up to 300 kg of briquettes per hour. The paper briquette press boasts a total power output of 21 kW. The control panel is remarkably easy to use. It allows you to adjust the direction of the screw and the temperature of the heating tubes, ensuring the biomass is optimally shaped. With a maximum length of 25 cm, round briquettes can be effortlessly stored dust-free. To produce briquettes, you load the biomass into the large hopper, which has a capacity of 32 l. When performing this task, ensure that the individual components of the raw material do not exceed 5 mm in size. Ensure that the material contains less than 15% moisture. The optimum level is approx. 12 %. A screw guides the raw material into the briquetting press with heating tubes. In this process, the motor operates at 15,000 W and drives the screw at 960 rpm. With a power of 6000 W, the heating element moulds the raw material into shape at high temperature. The outcome is densely compacted briquettes, ideal for storage or further processing.
