You can adjust the height of the cushion in five steps between 59 and 66 cm and angle it between 22° and 28°. The leg supports can be attached and adjusted in various ways. For back workouts, you have an adjustment range between 5 and 10.5 cm and 10° to 30°; for abdominal workouts the range is between 0 and 10.5 cm and 28° and 90°. The breathable padding also allows you to optimally adapt the station to the body for a comfortable workout. It also supports good form during exercises and prevents undue strain.
