You don't need a master's degree to brew your own beer, just the Royal Catering mash tun! Whether light or dark beer, wheat or pilsner: with the brew kettle, you can produce beer according to your own recipe or try out one of the pre-set programmes. The stainless steel boiler of the home brewing system has a high capacity of 60 l. The litre by litre scale in litre increments allows you to accurately add your ingredients. The beer brewing kettle itself contains a circuit board that regulates the programme settings so that the brewing process is always precise. This means that the intuitive touch control panel allows access to the most versatile functions: While beginners can rely on the automatic mode, professionals can use the manual mode to try out their own recipes. Thanks to the memory function, you can store up to 9 recipes. Here you can enter the temperature, power and brewing time (timer setting range 0 - 180 min for each programme. The auto pause function ensures that the ingredients have optimum time to release their aromas and flavours. All process phases and set parameters can be read on the clear LCD display. For optimum heat distribution in the range between 10 - 100 °C, the beer brewing unit has two heating elements with a total output of 3000 W. The insulation ensures optimised heat retention and helps keep energy costs low. A solenoid-driven pump takes over the stirring and later on the mash wort takes over. The double bottom prevents the mash from sticking to the bottom. With the help of the drain tap with its integrated filter, you can easily transfer the beer wort into a fermentation container at the end of the brewing process. The beer brewing kettle comes with two side-mounted handles that are easy to grip. Their convenient size makes them easy to transport and stow away. Thanks to the high-quality materials such as stainless steel or glass for the lid, this brewing kettle is not only particularly durable, but also effortless to clean.
