The blade is forged and carefully constructed with a 35° bevel for a sharp and precise cut. Its large blade ensure it is versatile in the kitchen, perfect for slicing, chopping and dicing fruits and vegetables as well as cutting through large pieces of meat. Made from forged 18/10 stainless steel with high carbon content. Hand wash only.
