For preparing large quantities of chips, chicken wings or fish you can use the electric deep fryer RCEF 08DB. With a total capacity of 16 litres and two 3,200-watt heating elements, the device helps you to reliably provide fried food at festive events, hotels or open-air events with many hungry attendants. The double fryer is equipped with two 8-litre containers, which can each be filled with up to 4 litres of oil. This allows you to fry large quantities at one time. It is versatile and also suitable for professionally serving fish, vegetables, chicken wings, seafood or many other small snacks. Both frying containers can be used independently of each other, allowing you to prepare different foods simultaneously. Due to the very high performance of the two removable 3,200-watt heating elements, the oil in the deep fryer quickly reaches the maximum temperature of 200° C. When it reaches a temperature of about 180° C, you can prepare large quantities of chips in a short amount of time due to the size of the basket and the high power. The highly sensitive thermostat keeps the heat of the oil basin at a constant, energy-saving temperature. The frying baskets of the electric deep fryer RCEF-08DB measure 21 x 17 x 12 cm and have heat-insulating handles. Both the baskets and the lids (included in delivery) are dishwasher-safe. The fine mesh baskets can be hung on a bracket on the edge of the basin to drain the oil. Food that falls out of the frying baskets or sinks down through cooling accumulates in the cold zone at the bottom and does not burn, allowing the oil to retain its natural taste. The double electric deep fryer is made of stainless steel, which is very suitable for processing food due to its hygienic properties. The smooth surfaces are particularly easy to clean. The removable heating elements make it easy to clean all surfaces of the container. When the heating elements are removed, a fuse automatically shuts off the device, protecting it from accidents. The deep fryer also has a thermal fuse, which protects against overheating. When you don’t need a container or after cleaning, the fryer can be closed with the lid and protected from dust or other contaminants. The non-slip rubber feet ensure sturdy footing. The control panel is very clearly designed and easy to operate. The on-switch lights up as soon as you start the device. The temperature is adjusted with a seamless control dial. The light indicates when the appliance is heating up or when the required temperature is reached, so that you always know when the oil is hot enough for frying. Each container has its own control panel and its own power supply.
