This is achieved by a drumhead which has a recess in which kick pad is mounted. This pad has highly professional trigger capabilities regarding dynamics and feeling and plays just like an acoustic bass drum with a regular head. The KD-A22 Kick Drum Converter is ideal for drummers who want to play live and keep the look of a real drumset on the stage. You are using a normal 22" bass drum but with all the advantages of an e-drum kick pad.
