The Latin Percussion LP552X-MSB Classic Conga 12.5" is a conga, with a 12.5" head, a shell made from Siam oak, Comfort Curve II rims, and includes an accessory bag, and an antique sunburst matte finish. LP Classic Model Congas were the first wood congas introduced by Latin Percussion. They have become the standard by which other wood congas are judged. The LP522X-MSB features a height of 30" made from Siam oak, with a 3-ply shell featuring a fiberglass layer added to the inside upper portion of the shell for additional strength. With a 12.5" natural rawhide head and Comfort Curve II rims, this conga has reinforced LP Heart side plates with 5/16" diameter tuning lugs. This conga is completed with patented LP ProCare shell protectors and an antique matte sunburst finish with chrome hardware. A tuning wrench is included.
