The lacquered maple drum shells are made from carefully selected maple wood and combined with high-quality shell hardware, such as eg. star mount, low mass lugs and triple flanged hoops to create an all-round drum kit that is more than convincing due to its affordable price. The relatively thin shells produce a brute and assertive sound without compromises, also thanks to the fine 45° shell ridge and the Tama Power Craft II heads. Professional shell hardware at a low price The tom-toms are mounted using the proven Tama Star Mount suspension, which guarantees free vibration behaviour and full resonance. The suspension is attached at four points on the top of the shell and also has flexible wing nuts, guaranteeing ideal access during assembly and flexible alignment of the shells.
