Equipped with a specially developed 18-inch long excursion driver with direct dispersion, it delivers exceptional low frequencies for an intense listening experience. Thanks to the energy-efficient Class D amplifier module with 4000 W peak power and integrated power factor correction, the LS118 is extremely energy-efficient without sacrificing performance. The innovative Acoustic Linear Phase (ALP) design, in combination with other QSC loudspeakers, ensures coherent and even sound reproduction throughout the venue. Control and configuration is facilitated by the QSC SysNav (System Navigator) app, which allows users to design, monitor and customise individual subwoofers, entire arrays or groups. Integration into network systems is seamless thanks to digital audio-over-IP (Dante®), which enables compatibility with other devices and integration into the Q-SYS ecosystem. For maximum flexibility, the LS118 offers two dispersion modes: omnidirectional or cardioid (at least two subwoofers are required for cardioid mode). The selectable DEEP mode provides an even deeper bass response, ideal for demanding audio applications.
