How to use: If this hasn't been done previously or your teak has aged, firstly begin by applying the Golden care cleaner, ensuring that the wood is 100% dry before proceeding with the protector. Ensure that the product is well-shaken before use; begin my applying a small amount of product to ensure that it meets your expectations. You can then continue by applying a thin coat with a soft cloth and let dry for 30 minutes. You can apply further layers to suit your preference, allowing a 24 hours drying window in between. This easy to apply teak protector maintains the red-brown colour for a longer time: Up to 4 times longer than teak-oil Up to twice as long as teak sealers. Why is it so much better than teak-oil / sealer: Most teak oils cause wood to turn gray within 4 to 8 weeks, requiring frequent reapplication—up to four times per season. This can be time-consuming.
