This 2 piece set includes a 12cm utility knife and a 13cm santoku knife. Crafted from premium quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, the fine taper-ground blades on these Sabatier knives are difficult to blunt, yet easy to sharpen. This 2 piece knife set is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
