With this hot wire cutter, you can achieve precise, millimetre-perfect cuts on rigid foam materials like Styrofoam or perimeter boards, up to a length of 1350 mm and a depth of 350 mm. A fold-out stand and scaffolding bracket are integrated into this professional polystyrene cutter, giving the styrofoam cutter stability at any jobsite or scaffold, and can be set up in just a few steps. Through its scaling feature, the hot wire cutting device facilitates high-precision work. The polystyrene cutter also has options for fine adjustment of the cutting length, cutting depth and angle. Tilt the long support with scale so that mitres can be cut both horizontally and vertically. The depth limiters and brackets ensure that the material lies flat and secure even when tilted. The polystyrene cutter also has pre-mounted stop tabs that allow the same cuts to be repeated precisely. Even in bad weather, this tool has your back: The waterproof transformer (protection class IP67) and the splash-proof electrical connections between bracket and transformer with industry standard XLR ensure reliable protection against rain and moisture. Included with the styrofoam cutter are 5 Styrofoam clamps, and its slim design makes it easy to transport. These aids are versatile, serving both to grip the rigid foam parts for installation and to precisely fix the insulation material to the wall without gaps. Delivery also includes a practical rasp. The set includes a hand cutter with two blades. This can be set in 16 stages up to 500 °C, with the powerful transformer ensuring rapid heating within 5 to 10 seconds.The ergonomic one-handed handle and the generous cable length (3 m) enable flexible working. The included blades are specially hardened and can easily be replaced with an Allen key.
