Description

The Scanpan Classic Induction 24cm casserole with lid features a unique Stratanium coating which prevents food from sticking whilst cooking. The even heat distribution of the casserole means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 24cm casserole only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The casserole is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C. The handles either side of the 24cm casserole are secured in place with a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose along with the bases that are guaranteed never to warp. Complete with a clear lid which allows food to be monitored and can also be used in the oven up to 260°C. The 24cm classic induction casserole is dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning.
