Suitable for use on all heat sources (including induction), this HaptIQ frying pan is also oven proof up to 260°C. A steel layer provides extra strength whilst the aluminium core offers optimal heat distribution. A commercial grade Stratanium+ non-stick coating provides exceptional searing and food release, making it remarkably easy to clean. It also allows fat-free frying for a healthier lifestyle.
