Complete with a fluted edge blade which prevents pieces of vegetables sticking to the blade, the Global GS-91 Nakiri Knife is ideal for those who practise a healthy living regime eating a wide variety of fresh vegetables. The fluted edge blade collects pockets of air in the fluted area of the knife as you cut, which prevents vegetables from sticking. Blade length: 14cm.
