The Scanpan Classic Induction 28cm saute pan with lid features a unique Stratanium coating which allows frying without the use of fat. The even heat distribution of the saute pan means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 28cm saute pan only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The saute pan is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C. The handle of the 28cm saute pan is secured in place with a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose along with the bases that are guaranteed never to warp. Complete with a clear lid which allows food to be monitored and can also be used in the oven up to 260°C. The 28cm classic induction saute pan is dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning.
