Description

This Scanpan Maitre D' Copper 20cm Sauteuse has a multi-layer construction that provides quick and even heat distribution and an 18/0 steel base, making it suitable for use on all hob types including induction. The elegant and stylish copper exterior is complemented by an 18/10 stainless steel interior and riveted stainless steel 'stay cool' handle. The shape of this sautese has been specially developed for dishes that require lots or stirring or whipping such as fine sauces, sauteing vegetables and risottos. This 20cm sautese has a base diameter of 12cm and is oven proof up to 260°C. Hand wash only.
