The Mary Cohr New Youth Sun Care Capsules (x30) is an anti-ageing food supplement - it better prepare your skin for sun exposure to improve the appearance and intensity of your tan. Key ingredients: Vitamins E & C: Helps protect cells against sun-induced oxidative stress. Borage and Olive Oil: Rich in essential fatty acids. Two weeks before exposure to the sun, take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water, preferably during meals. Continue during exposure and one week after to prolong tanning.
