Complete with a bakelite handle that will stay cool on the hob and is suitable for use on all hob types including induction. Oven safe to 220°C and complete with a fully encapsulated impact bonded base for optimum heat distribution. BENEFITS TO 18/10 STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE: First of all, this type of cookware is far more durable and will retain its attractive appearance for longer. 18/10 stainless steel includes 18% chromium and 10% nickel: the chrome provides hardness and rust resistance, whereas the nickel is extremely rust, corrosion and stain resistant.
