The Scanpan Fusion 5 20cm Dutch Oven has a 5-layer construction comprising an 18/10 stainless steel outer with an aluminium core. These layers run from rim to rim and through the entire base for fast and even heat distribution and retention from all types of heat source including induction. The clean lines of the Fusion 5 collection mean there's nowhere for food to get trapped and being made from stainless steel makes the collection dishwasher safe.
