The carbon steel maintains the condition of the surface through oiling and cooking seasoning the cooking the surface. To preserve the seasoning of the pan, gentle hand washing is recommended. The steel legs are enamel coated and includes a single ring burner ready with the connector to fit either butane or propane gas (sold separately).
