The hot plate is not only ideal for keeping foods hot in containers or bowls, it is also suited for displaying foods directly on the heated surface. The hot plate RCHP-70 stands out at first glance with its high-quality stainless-steel workmanship. Its total heating surface of 70 x 50 centimetres offers plenty of space for various types of food. At the same time, it is also very compact and fits effortlessly in small spaces. The heating surface, which is also made of stainless steel, allows you to easily place your food directly on the surface to warm. This saves valuable cleaning time, as there's no need to dirty additional serving dishes. The easy-to-clean surface provides even more time savings. The two plexiglass panes mounted on both sides protect the food, making it easy to meet high standards of hygiene. The built-in heating element has an output of 500 watts and creates enough heat from below to keep both small and large portions of food at the correct temperature. In order to guarantee uniform and effective heat, the hot plate also has two built-in halogen lamps to keep the food warm from above. Each of the bulbs, in addition to illuminating the food for your guests, brings an additional 300 W of power, for a total output of 1,100 W.
