The Scanpan Classic Induction 24cm saute pan with lid features a unique Stratanium coating which allows frying without the use of fat. The even heat distribution of the saute pan means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 24cm saute pan only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The saute pan is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C. The handle of the 24cm saute pan is secured in place with a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose along with the bases that are guaranteed never to warp.
