Aluminium is energy efficient as it’s so good at absorbing, storing and spreading the heat. Ovenproof up to 240°C and suitable for use on all hob types, including induction. Forged aluminium absorbs, stores and spreads heat really efficiently, so you’ll get even cooking, no hot spots and there is no need to use high heats. Dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended.
