Then the electric chicken plucker WI-PPM-80 from Wiesenfeld's agricultural supply collection is the ideal helper to take over this time-consuming and strenuous work for you in a matter of seconds. The high-quality chicken plucking machine manages to defeather up to 10 chickens per pass. In this way you can achieve an enormous capacity of up to 900 kg/h in commercial operation. This is made possible by the 2,200 W motor, which accelerates the food-safe stainless steel drum to 275 rpm. The 211 grooved and specially arranged rubber plucking fingers inside the drum, together with the integrated water flushing via the garden hose connection, ensure an optimal result and are gentle on the animals' skin. And all this with an efficiency of 98 percent! Thanks to the use of natural rubber, the plucking fingers are more durable. If they do wear out, they can easily be replaced. Our tip: you can pluck two chickens at the same time with this machine. However, we recommend filling the drum with only one bird at a time to avoid possible scratches on the skin and flesh from the sharp claws. The plucking machine can be used for different types of poultry, such as duck, goose, turkey or pigeon. It is not the species of animal that is decisive for use, but the size of the animal (≥ 1 kg). In addition to removing the feathers, the rubber fingers also remove dirt from the poultry's skin. The plucked feathers are transported out of the device via the large ejection chute, where they can be collected in a container. The motor drives the drum via a belt, which minimizes the possibility of failure and ensures hassle-free maintenance. The machine is easy to transport thanks to four wheels, two of which are equipped with brakes.
