The Scanpan Fusion 5 35cm x 24cm Roasting Pan has a 5-layer construction comprising an 18/10 stainless steel outer with an aluminium core. These layers run from rim to rim and through the entire base for fast and even heat distribution and retention. The clean lines of the Fusion 5 collection mean there's nowhere for food to get trapped and being made from stainless steel makes the collection dishwasher safe. The mirror-polished finish will look good in any style of kitchen and details such as two smart stainless steel handles set this range apart from the competition. This 35cm x 24cm stainless steel roasting pan stands approximately 12cm high and is oven proof up to 260°C. Suitable for all hob types including induction. Dishwasher safe.
