Made from a composite five-layer construction for strength and durability, each piece is suitable for use on all heat sources (including induction) and is oven proof up to 260°C. A steel layer provides extra strength whilst the aluminium core offers optimal heat distribution. A commercial grade Stratanium+ non-stick coating provides exceptional searing and food release, making it remarkably easy to clean. It also allows fat-free frying for a healthier lifestyle. The HaptIQ frying pans are ideal for browning and searing all types of meat and poultry whilst the 28cm saute pan benefits from the addition of a lid.
