Huana is a new artisanal Mexican Rum based liqueur created from a fermentation of the Guanabana fruit pollinated by the stingless bees of the Maya.The fruit is harvested once per year. Each harvest has theshells and seeds removed before the flesh of the fruit is fermented. The resulting fermented liquid is then filtered using a centrifuge and mixed with Mexican Sugar Cane Rum to stop fermentation and create the Huana, Liquor de Guanabana. Age Restricted: 18
