Beschrijving

De Cedar Ridge Distillery werd in 2005 geopend door Jeff Quint en zijn vrouw Laurie. In 2009 heeft Kolin Brighton zich aangesloten om toezicht te houden op het distillatieproces. Er worden alleen lokale ingrediënten gebruikt, zoals de maïs die op de Kleur: Warm mahoniehout. Neus: Complex, subtiel, vers gemaaid gras, karamel, graan. Smaak: Droog, karamel, peperkorrels, geroosterde granen. Afwerking: Langdurig, goed uitgebalanceerd, tonen van kruiden. Het best genoten van puur op kamertemperatuur
