Due to a faulty zoom mechanism, the lens makes a noise when it the camera is powered ON. Due to the faulty zoom, the zoom system does not work and the camera only works at 24mm, moving or touching the zoom will produce an error and the camera would have to be turned OFF and then back ON again. As is the nature of these issues, this will only get worse with time. For this reason, this item is being sold for spares and repairs.
