Lindy 42805 USB 1.1 Cat.6 extender extension This Lindy USB 1.1 Cat.6 extender bridges distances of up to 50m between a USB device and the computer. It consists of a local unit, which is connected to the computer or laptop, and a receiver unit, to which USB devices such as storage media can be connected. This allows the extender to access data from distances of up to 50m. The extender, s transmitter and receiver units are connected using a Cat.5e/6 network cable (not included). We recommend the use of patch cables with rigid wires to achieve the best possible performance and compatibility. If you are using devices with high power requirements, it is also possible to connect a power supply unit (not included) to the extender.
